Your employment contract will be with our local entity in your home country. For example, if you are employed in the Philippines, your employment contract will be with our local legal entity Outstaffer Pty Ltd. We employ you in your home country as the Employer of Record on behalf of the company you work for.
All the day-to-day tasks, activities and business operations are handled by the company you work for, while Outstaffer.com handles the onboarding, payroll, local HR compliance and takes full responsibility for taxes, statutory contributions, benefits and takes on all liability in relation to your employment.
Your salary will be paid bi-monthly in your local currency via ACH, wire transfers, or SEPA. If local bank transfers are not available to us in your country and your local currency, you will receive your salary via international wire transfer (SWIFT).
For example, if you are employed in Australia, you would receive your salary on the 5th and 20th of each month in Australian dollars (AUD) from our bank in Australia, ANZ.
