No independent ranking of the best offshore staffing companies in Australia exists. Every page that answers that search is published by a provider who appears in it, and the publisher always finishes top of its own table. That is not a scandal. Nobody neutral has covered this market, so the shortlist a founder builds on a Tuesday night comes off three sales pages.

Outstaffer is one of the companies being compared, so treat the prices on our own page as a disclosure of interest, not an argument.

Who publishes the offshore staffing companies Australia keeps searching for

Webco Talent's comparison, dated 3 June 2026, lists four companies. Webco is first. The columns for notice periods and replacement guarantees read "Not publicly listed" against every rival and are filled in for Webco.

Remotee's version, published 17 June 2026 under the byline of its founder, names no competitor at all. It compares four delivery models instead, and its own model lands on top as the one that "consistently outperforms the market".

Offshore 24/7 ran six comparison articles on a single day in August. Each one is Offshore 24/7 against a named rival. Six articles, six wins.

Is a six month guarantee really double the standard?

Webco's page says its six month replacement guarantee is "double the 90-day industry standard". No source is given for that standard, and the same table says rival guarantees are not publicly listed. The claim and the admission sit two rows apart.

The savings number moves by a factor of three

Remotee's FAQ prices an offshore hire at "between $2,500 and $5,500 per month all-in" against "$7,000 to $15,000 or more per month for an equivalent local hire". Hold those two ranges against each other. Cheapest offshore against dearest local is a saving of 83 per cent. Dearest offshore against cheapest local is 21 per cent.

Webco claims "roughly 50 to 70%" on fees of "AUD $2,500 to $5,000 per month per role". Its own ceiling against a $7,000 local hire is 29 per cent, under the floor of the range it advertises.

Here is what that spread costs. On a $7,000 a month local benchmark, a 70 per cent saving is $4,900 and a 21 per cent saving is $1,500. The difference is $3,400 a month, or $40,800 a year, on one role. Budget off the headline, land at the other end of the same page, and you have mis-planned the hire by roughly its own salary.

Webco cannot hold its own range together. The introduction tops out at $5,000, the table stops at $4,500, and the FAQ quotes $5,200.

What a comparison of offshore staffing agencies should ask

Three questions, all answerable in writing, none asked on any of these pages.

Who is the legal employer named on the contract. What the monthly number includes and what it leaves out. How many days the replacement guarantee runs, counted from the start date.

A provider who will not answer the first in writing has told you something. We argued a version of this in the question a vetting checklist never asks.

What does a bundled monthly rate include?

Salary, platform, management and margin, in proportions the buyer never sees. That is why bundled rates compare badly, and it is the trap we described in why the recurring fee moves least.

Where this comparison goes against us

Outstaffer publishes $250 per employee per month on its Employer of Record plan card. That is a platform and employment fee with no salary in it, so reading it against a bundled $2,500 compares two different things, and we benefit from the confusion if nobody says so.

The bundled providers win something real. One rate, one invoice, and somebody else benchmarks the salary. Our model hands that line back to you, which is cheaper and more work. For a founder with no time, that can be the worse deal.

The honest case for these pages is that they are the only ones doing the job. Nobody neutral ranks the best offshore staffing companies in Australia, so buyers take what exists.

Build the table yourself. Three columns, the three questions above, and run one role through a sign-up before committing to anyone. What would actually change your mind about the provider already at the top of your shortlist?
