Each candidate is assessed on English and more than 100 skill dimensions, then checked for authenticity, quality and fit by our Talent Acquisition Managers.

One placement fee per role, whatever the salary: $2,995 if you pay a deposit when you start and the balance when you hire, or $3,995 if you pay nothing until you hire. All prices exclude applicable taxes.
The deposit pays for advertising your role and is non-refundable. It is $495 for an offshore hire and $995 when you are hiring in your own country, where advertising costs more. It counts towards your $2,995 placement fee, so you pay $2,500 or $2,000 when you hire.
On LinkedIn, Facebook and the top job board where the role is based: SEEK in Australia and New Zealand, JobStreet or Indeed in the Philippines, JobStreet in Singapore and Malaysia, TopCV in Vietnam, JobThai in Thailand, Naukri in India, and ZipRecruiter or Indeed in the United States. We add free job boards, and email matching candidates in our database to invite them to apply. Everyone comes through the same application process, so you see real applicants.
When your chosen candidate accepts your offer. We charge it to the card you saved when you started the role.
Yes. One placement fee in every country we recruit in: the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
Your Talent Acquisition Manager may suggest Talent Search: we map the market and approach people who are not actively looking, while your advertised search keeps running. It is only added if you approve it in the platform.
Whichever way you paid, we refill the same role at no further recruitment charge within the guarantee: 6 months when we employ your offshore hire through Outstaffer EOR, 3 months otherwise, including hires in your own country.
