Support requests are raised and resolved inside the platform

By the Outstaffer Product Team
Borderless HRIS

New

  • Employees open Support Requests straight onto My Requests, where they can submit a new request and track existing ones
  • Requests are searchable by subject or ticket ID, and filterable by category
  • Every new request requires a category so it routes to the right team from the start
  • The Outstaffer team manages all requests from a Command Center, with assignment, reassignment and internal notes
  • Request status can be updated without writing a reply
  • Active assigned requests surface on the dashboard

Improved

  • Ticket status labels and colours are consistent everywhere they appear

Fixed

  • Comments preserve line breaks exactly as typed

Frequently asked questions

Where do I go to raise a support request?

Open Support Requests from the sidebar. You land on My Requests, which lists everything you have submitted. Select New request, pick a category, and submit. Everything after that — replies, status changes, attachments — stays on that request.

How do I reduce HR admin when managing international employees?

Keeping requests in the same system as employee records removes the handoff between an HR platform and a separate helpdesk. Employees raise requests where their profile already lives, and the team actioning them sees the full context without switching tools.

Can I see the status of a request without chasing someone?

Yes. Every request carries a status badge that updates as the team works on it, and the full conversation history sits on the request itself.
