Outstaffer calculates statutory entitlements — including Workers Compensation Insurance, Dust Diseases contributions, and leave provisions — using current regulatory rates for each state and industry. These are applied automatically based on the employee's role classification, reducing the risk of under-provisioning.
When drafting a requisition or using the cost calculator, select the correct Industry Classification for the role. Outstaffer will apply the applicable statutory rates for that industry, including insurance and leave provisions, to produce an accurate total employment cost.
