How do I start a hire in the Outstaffer platform?
Select Start hiring on the dashboard and follow four steps: Define your role, What's included, Review and pay, and Schedule a call. You only need a role title and location to begin. Your progress saves as you go, so you can leave and come back without losing anything.
How do I pay for a hire through Outstaffer?
There are two options. You can pay part of the placement fee when you start, which lowers the total, or pay nothing until you hire. On the pay-on-hire option your card is saved securely but not charged until a placement is made.
How quickly can I hire a remote employee overseas?
You book your calibration call with the recruitment team straight after checkout, so the search can start without back-and-forth emails. Your request reaches the team as soon as you finish.
