Which charges can a coupon target?
Plans, placement fee, device, finalisation fee and AI self-service fee, and now hardware add-ons, software, membership and welcome kit charges. Percentage discounts, fixed discounts and price overrides apply wherever the add-on is selected, and the Cost of Employment table shows the discounted line.
Why can't I see some plans when adding a hire?
Some plans are only placed by the Outstaffer team. Plan selection now hides those plans for companies instead of showing them greyed out. An employee already on one of these plans still shows it by name.
Can I manage payroll and contracts for overseas staff in one place?
Yes. Fees, discounts and scheduled price changes all flow through to contracts, cost breakdowns and billing in one platform, and every price change on an employee is recorded in their activity log.
